A L I C I A P R I C E - Calgary Photographer » mexico http://aliciaprice.com/blog Fri, 06 Apr 2012 04:55:52 +0000 en hourly 1 http://wordpress.org/?v=3.3.1 A Wedding | Destination Mexico!!! http://aliciaprice.com/blog/2009/05/a-wedding-destination-mexico/ http://aliciaprice.com/blog/2009/05/a-wedding-destination-mexico/#comments Sat, 16 May 2009 03:04:12 +0000 alicia price http://aliciaprice.com/blog/?p=284 Yep, you read that right.  I’ve been so fortunate this past little while.  First getting to be able to capture a birth for the first time for my sister and then only a week later I got to shoot my first wedding and it was for my brother AND it was in Mexico!!  Woohoo lol.  It was a truly amazing week surrounded by family and friends.  We stayed at the Akumal Beach Resort and it was absolutely fabulous!!!  (ask anyone who knows me, I didn’t stop talking about it for 3 weeks hahaha)  I panicked a little when it POURED the night before and was still raining when we woke the morning of the wedding but things perfected and the day turned out to be a gorgeous one.  Not too hot (since we had to wear more than a bikini hahaha) and not too blindingly sunny with a gorgeous overcast sky.

And just to make this more fun I’m gonna share an image that is very special to me.  My sister had her baby 2 days ago and I was lucky enough to be there with her to witness and capture the birth.  More to come soon.
